Self-introduction

Hi! I am Morikawa, the store manager.

I was born in Taiwan, and I spent my student years in Taiwan, Japan and Canada. I really like Japan’s orderly and time-abiding culture, and I really want to live in Japan forever, so I naturalized as a Japanese citizen. Because I like talking to people, I have been working in the service industry since I graduated from college. Before entering the beauty industry, I worked as a sales associate at a Japanese home electronics store. Appearance is very important and prominent in the customer service industry. Since I had a lot of hair on my body, I always worried about not shaving my beard cleanly. Gradually, I began to develop a complex about this and started looking for hair removal salons. However, at most salons, I was often pushed into buying beauty products or asked to sign a course contract. For this reason, I have had a hard time finding a salon that I'm happy with.

I then learned that many people on social media were going through the same issues as mine, and I therefore decided to open a hair removal salon called “INFINITY”, so that every customer can experience hair removal services with peace of mind.

Customer Centricity

We are a men’s hair removal salon located in Daimon. We are the only men’s hair removal salon that provides service in Japanese, English and Mandarin in Tokyo area. Our goal is to help foreign residents who want to do hair removal, but cannot communicate in Japanese. We understand it can be very frustrating trying to find a salon where one’s needs and wants can be well met and understood because of language barrier. We are here to help. Pay-per-time system

Have you ever had the unpleasant experience of being pressured into a monthly or number of sessions contract, or being sold beauty products during your service, as is common in the hair removal salon industry?

At Infinity, we use a completely pay-per-time payment system, so you will not be charged anything other than the plan you select when you visit, and we do not sell any beauty products.

We strive to provide our services at reasonable prices to our customers for an enjoyable experience with peace of mind.

What is the process of hair removal service on the first visit?

Do I need to shave before receiving hair removal service?

Yes. Please shave your hair at home within one day before the service.
If you come without shaving first, we charge 1,100~5,500 (Tax in) yen per area for shaving service depending on the amount of hair.
We don’t provide shaving service for VIO.

Can I pull my hair or use wax to remove my hair instead of shaving before receiving hair removal service?

Please refrain from treatments that remove hair from the root, such as tweezing or waxing, and shave gently with an electric shaver or razor to avoid damaging your skin.

Payment methods

We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
Transportation IC cards can also be used.

How often do I go for hair removal?

We offer IPL hair removal service. Depending on the progress of the treatment effect and based on your hair cycle.
Face&Beard 2 weeks to 2 months，Body&Delicate areas (VIO) 1 month to 2 months.

Do I have to sign any course contracts?

No, all hair removal menus are on a pay-per-time basis and we do not engage in any sales activities during or after the service.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, our salon operates by appointment only. We also accept same-day reservations, so please make a reservation by phone or LINE.

I am a minor, can I get my hair removed?

Yes. If you are under the age of 20, you will need to be accompanied by a guardian or have written consent.

Can hair removal be done on tanned skin?

Yes. As long as your skin is not red and inflamed after sunbathing, the service can be received.

Why should I be careful about dry skin and sunburn?

Dry or sunburned skin may be damaged and you may not be able to receive hair removal service.
If you choose to receive the service, please make sure not to get any sunburns and please moisturize if you have dry skin.

I have a tattoo on my body. Can I receive the service?

Hair removal cannot be performed on tattooed areas, so we will perform it avoiding tattooed areas.

I have atopic dermatitis. Can I receive the service?

Yes, it is possible.
However, it cannot be performed on areas with atopic dermatitis symptoms.
Also, if you are taking medication, the service will be performed at least half a month after your last use. We will check the condition of your skin during your first consultation.
If you are currently undergoing treatment, please consult your doctor first.
